Description

Wall mounted trough urinal with stainless steel polished ends which are suitable for wall fixing or free standing installation, 50mm BSP outlet with a grated waste fitting at LEFT, CENTRE (up to 1800mm long) or RIGHT hand end. Complete with a plastic auto cistern, stainless steel downpipe and sparge pipes.

Concealed Spargepipes - for use with slab and trough urinals

TOP or BACK inlet stainless steel VANDAL RESISTANT concealed spargepipe covers are available with perforated edges to ensure adequate flushing of the urinal back and to eliminate splashing. Covers are secured by the use of thief resistant socket button head security screws.

Technical information The urinals are produced as a one piece unit without joints from 304 grade 16 gauge stainless steel polished to a satin finish. During construction the requisite fall is built into the channel and the back of the
urinal is designed to ensure an efficient spread of flushing
water without splashing and drips. Finally the back of the
urinal is sound proofed to eliminate noise.

Flushing equipment Urinals are supplied with plastic heavy duty automatic cisterns, capacities 4.5 - 13.5 litre, stainless steel downpipes, spargepipes for exposed or concealed spargepipe covers for ducted installations. Cisterns are supplied based on 4.5 litres per 600m of urinal.

Downpipes Manufactured from polished stainless steel tube to suit cistern and complete with wall clips.

Spargepipes Manufactured from polished stainless steel
tube and complete with connecting tee for downpipe - fitted
along urinal back - exposed installation.

Spreader buttons Manufactured from chrome plated brass with extended connections for through wall installation
- concealed installation.

Concealed spargepipes TOP or BACK inlet stainless

Outlets Urinals are fitted with 50mm BSP domeshaped grated waste outlet. Up to 3600mm - outlet either end. Over 3600mm - outlet each end.

Ends Slab urinals are supplied with integral wall fixing ends or free standing exposed ends. Trough urinals are supplied with paneled ends which are suitable for wall fixing or free
standing.

Installation As the urinal is of a one piece construction it
is easily installed. When installing, the top of the unit must be horizontal and ends vertical. The urinal is secured by use of a wall bracket which runs horizontally along the top of the
urinal.

In each instance the urinal is an individual unit with its own seperate waste fitting - there is no continuous flow between the two channels and each waste has to be seperately plumbed.

The urinals are illustrated with exposed ends.
